Over the last 6 years I have worked closely with Accenture as a trusted creative consultant. Accenture is a brilliant business, deeply embedded in the most complex, progressive and commercially-rewarding technology projects, with an ever-evolving brand narrative about the role and value of technology to the world. My relationships have been with both the global marketing team and, unusually, the Management and sales teams of the Technology division, including

Zahra Bahrololoumi, then leader of Accenture Technology UK. Together we formed an ambitious team particularly around ‘Kaleidoscope’: Accenture Technology’s ‘ecosystem’ comprising Accenture partners (like Google, Microsoft, SAP), Accenture clients and Accenture people. In 2018 I led the pitch that won us the opportunity to launch Kaleidoscope with an epic event at Tate Modern that fed over $1billion in pipeline revenue.

Year on year, Kaleidoscope has grown and is now evolving into a global virtual platform (London, NYC, Japan) that brings the ecosystem together to learn. Working with Accenture has been my most rewarding professional experience, thanks to the quality they demand, the trust they place in my creative counsel and the measurable impact the work has on the bottom line. “Josh, don’t tell us what you think we want to hear.
